Sensei Gage Knopf has over a decade of martial arts experience. He began his journey in 2010, quickly earning his first black belt before branching out into Kickboxing at various MMA gyms. Holding black belt rank in different disciplines, Sensei Knopf has cultivated a deep expertise in martial arts weapons, with a particular specialization in nunchucks. As a competitor, he has participated in several international weapon tournaments, securing nine first-place finishes, including three world titles.

WHAT DO I NEED TO start my training?
Aside from a laptop or desktop, you don't need anything else! In the white belt sections of both training courses, all the equipment you'll need (such as nunchucks, etc.) from yellow to black belt levels will be thoroughly covered in the video lessons.
Will I need a partner?
No! All of the training is done individually.
does my age matter?
It doesn't matter at all! You're never too old to start training. People of all ages are welcome, though we recommend ages 13+.
do i need any prior experience?
No, you don't need any previous experience in martial arts, sports, or with nunchucks! Our program is designed for beginners, and we'll guide you through everything step-by-step, regardless of your background.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, with the Nunchuck Pro membership plan, you'll get a 7-day free trial, followed by a subscription of $27.95 per month.
